October Pumpkin Patch Visit - October 2021
I used to roll my eyes at all the "kids in field full of pumpkins" photos that would pop up on my Instagram feed. But then I had kids who turned into toddlers and decided to reluctantly check out the pumpkin patch near our house this year. Oh boy, I am SO glad we went. I am officially that mom now.
We went to Smith Rock Ranch in Terrebone, 30 minutes from our house in Bend. The ranch sits in the shadow of this huge gorgeous rock formation called Smith Rock. It was a beautiful day and the actual pumpkin patch was just one part of the fun they had set up. There were train rides, pony rides, horse buggy rides, a petting zoo, food trucks, and so many different varieties of fun pumpkins. The girls LOVED it. There was so much room to run around. The only tears happened when I tried to get a cute picture in pumpkin patch. We ended up with a hilarious picture of Ellie crying with a snot bubble. I wouldn't have it any other way.
Meeting this cow was the highlight of their lives. I'm not kidding. |
Naia was very unsure about this wheelbarrow ride. |

They've been holding hands a lot and I can't handle the cuteness. |
Dat's Smith Rock |
We're all having a fabulous time! |
