Ellie’s birthday is December 10 and Naia’s is January 30. Every since we decembrsted Ellie’s birthday, Naia spent nearly every day asking if it was her turn for a birthday party yet. She was SO excited to turn four. We had hoped to throw a big party for her with her friends from school but the latest wave of Covid, Omicron, ruined our plans (the theme of the last two years). I was super upset but Dylan reminded me that she’s A. Four and B. She will be happy with any celebration that involves her family. He was right of course. We went to Portland to the zoo and had an amazing time staying in a little orange cottage in SE and then had a mermaid theme party with my parents our our besties, the Farrells at our house when we got back. It was exactly perfect.
